Due to the personalized/handmade nature of our products, returns for custom apparel (including t-shirts, hoodies, sale items, and other made-to-order items), and handmade items are not eligible for return under our general policy. However, customer satisfaction remains a top priority. If you receive the wrong item or an item with a material defect or a printing error that does not align with your original instructions, please contact us. We will carefully review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution. We may request additional information such as pictures. Pre-Made / Ready-to-Ship Clothing Sometimes We create test apparel when trying out new designs to make sure the images meet our quality standards. We also make pre-made pieces occasionally to refresh our inventory. These items are available in set colors and sizes, and since they’re already made, we offer them at a discounted price.
