Apparel Printing Information
Each shirt and sweatshirt is professionally printed using high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) or Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, depending on the design and garment. Our DTG and DTF prints are produced using an Epson Apparel Printer with high-quality, professional-grade inks, creating vibrant colors, excellent detail, and a soft, durable finish.
DTF designs are applied using an automatic heat press to help ensure a long-lasting, professional finish.
Maximum print area: approximately 10" wide × 12" tall. Actual print size may vary depending on the design, garment size, and placement.
If a product uses heat transfer vinyl (HTV) or another specialty material, it will be noted in the product description.
Color Variations
Please note that slight variations in shirt colors may occur and are outside of our control. Differences in dye lots, screen settings, and manufacturing batches can result in small shifts in color from what is shown online.
We do our best to represent colors as accurately as possible, but these subtle changes are a normal part of the apparel printing process. We appreciate you’re understanding and assure you that every item is made with care and attention to detail.
Due to the personalized/handmade nature of our products, returns for custom apparel (including t-shirts, hoodies, sale items, and other made-to-order items), and handmade items are not eligible for return under our general policy.
However, customer satisfaction remains a top priority. If you receive the wrong item or an item with a material defect or a printing error that does not align with your original instructions, please contact us. We will carefully review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution. We may request additional information such as pictures.
